A conference about violence against womem
Wednesday July 4th, 9.00 pm in Villa Gandolfi Pallavicini in Bologna will take place a round table conference about violence against women .
The conference has been promoted by Alma Mater Foundation in collaboration with “Associazione Donne Universitarie” and the districtof san Vitale. The debate will involve local institutions and universities to discuss about the solutions to fight against the problem of violence in cities, and in particular, in Bologna city.
Today all mass media talk about violence against women in cities, yet many facts are still omitted. Infact, we can´t omit any facts, because sxual abuse is an attack to our own freedom.
The conference has the aim to put all together experiences, knowledge, facts in a network which could be useful to struggle the problem.
Speakers will be Walter Tega, president of Alma Mater Foundation, Adriana Scaramuzzino, vice-major of Bologna and other institutional and academic representatives and experts of the field.
