In Ferrara a new immigration centre
In Ferrara, June 28th, a new immigration centre has been inaugurated, realized by its municipality in the framework of the project “Ferrara, friendly and safe city”.
The centre has the aim to create a place in which people of the district and citizens in general can partecipate, be informed and discover new ways to meet.
The tasks of this new service not only concern the cultural mediation, but also the organization of either meeting between individuals or in groups to promote social activities.
These activities will take place in Ferrara, and the centre will be open every day for the public.
Moreover, on Monday and Saturday, the centre will also have the function of mediator for neighbourhood conflicts to improve relation between people who live nearby.
