Training vouchers for unemployed women from Reggio Emilia Province
1000 Euro for training courses, vocation guidance and job experiences from Reggio Emilia Province.
140 unemployed women listed on the Job centers will have the opportunity to get training vouchers .This initiative has been launched by Reggio Emilia Province and it has been designed by accredit companies which are now realizing a catalog of the training offers. Women without a job in Reggio Emilia Province represent the hard core of the jobless people. In general, women are penalized in the work sector by family responsibilities obliging them to stop working for bringing up their children. And training and vocational guidance represent for them an indispensable tool to improve employment and increase self esteem.
The action program for the re-employment has given to the Province the possibility to finance the announcement of the training accredit companies for unemployed women who are residents in the area and do not receive any mobility or disablehelp (L.n.68/99) at the time of the training.
Till the 31th of July 2007, 15 women could have 1000 Euro more for transport and accommodation to partecipate at training course.
